Philippe Donnet

Group CEO of Generali

Generali is one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers, present in over 50 countries in the world, with a total premium income of € 82.5 billion in 2023, serving 70 million customers.
Donnet began his career at French insurer AXA in 1985. In 2007 he was named Managing Director of Wendel Investissement for the Asia-Pacific region, and in 2010 he co-founded investment firm HLD in Paris.
Donnet joined Generali in 2013 as Country Manager Italy and CEO of Generali Italia, leading the integration program of the company’s five brands within the national territory.
He has been named "Best CEO" in the insurance sector in the All-Europe Executive Team ranking of Extel from 2022 to 2024, and in 2023 he was presented with the “Corporate Social Responsibility Award” by the Foreign Policy Association.

Giampiero Massolo

Ambassador Massolo, a career diplomat, has held prestigious positions within Italian institutions.
From 2012 to 2016, he served as the Director General of the Department of Information Security of Italy’s Council of Ministers. From September 2007 to 2012, he was the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Since 2022, he has been the chairman of Mundys, a company owned by the holding company Edizione.
An expert in macroeconomics and international relations, he teaches at the LUISS University in Rome.
He recently published a book analyzing Italy's challenges in the global macroeconomic context.
